The NARS palettes usually contain 1 color that I wouldn't use, but all the colors in 9951 Pleasures of Paris (or Doucers de Paris) are great, go-to shades for me~
Look #1: Soft Plum~ Used a lavender cream base just for kicks (from Stila - will show later!) and the following shadows:

Look at the greenish lighting! O_o I included this photo b/c you can see my blush here quite well. Again, it's the Shiseido blush duo - I still haven't found a new blush yet.

I cleaned up my brows - can you tell? Probably not haha~ I'm still working on it...
Some shininess on the forehead... and the reddish area next to the mole is a new pimple! :(

NARS is very pigmented, but you can be light-handed and create very soft looks. Hope everyone enjoyed! :)

you shouldnt crop your pics, more flace plz :D your fiance is sweet! EOTD subtle and pretty :)
I advise in using flickr to upload and post pics.. because it also washed out the NARS blush i uploaded initially and I thought wow.. it does NOT look like that.. Flickr solved the problem right out :)
I agree NARS shadows are pigmented.. I havent touched my NARS eye palette in a long time - thanks for reminding the existent of that palette haha.
awww that's really sweet of your fiance! Takes a bit for men to do stuff like that (or from my experiences anyway).
